Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 90 days before the first day of your stay. If cancelled after that, the following refund rules apply:

50% of the advance payment if cancelled more than 60 days prior to the check-in date
25% if cancelled more than 30 days prior to the check-in date
0% if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date

Deposit Required

There is a refundable deposit of 200€ which will be reimbursed within 7 days of the checkout date if no damage is made to the property or furnishings.

Check-in is any time after 4 pm (16h00)
Check out is before 11 am.
Depending on availability, an early check-in may be possible. Please contact us two days before your arrival to confirm if the house will be available for early check-in.
A late check-out might be available, depending on availability. To find out if the house can accommodate a late check-out, please reach out to us 2 days before your departure.
Our property is linked to the public water supply system, so tap water is safe to drink.

There is a waste container 100m from the house on the hand right side when leaving the door. We kindly ask you when checking out, please don’t leave any garbage in the house or on the premise.

Parking outside the house is paid on weekdays. Alternatively, you should be able to find a spot to park for free 3 min walk from the house.
